A press brake, also called brake press, is a machine tool used to bend sheet and plate material, especially sheet metal. According to different means of applying force, just brakes fall into mechanical press brakes, pneumatic press brakes, hydraulic press brakes and servo-electric press brakes. The mostly commonly used press brakes are CNC press brakes and hydraulic press brakes.

Hydraulic Press Brake
Characteristics
1. Our hydraulic press brake is designed with all steel welded structure and the stress can be removed by vibration, so it has the features of high mechanical strength and good rigidity.
2. This press brake is equipped with stable hydraulic drive system which is quite reliable.
3. Slide block synchronization mechanism adopts torsion bar forced synchronization.
4. Back gauge distance and upper slide block stroke can be adjusted through motor-driven way or finely adjusted manually. The adjusting value can be shown on the digital display.
5. Our hydraulic press brake is equipped with deflection compensation mechanism on the upper die. The machine tool that is larger than 250tons and longer than 4000mm can be designed with deflection compensation mechanism on the lower die.

CNC Double-Cylinder Press Brake
Characteristics
1. The back gauge displacement and slide block stroke are both automatically controlled by computer.
2. The back gauge of this press brake adopts ordinary screw mandrel and precision ball screw mandrel to eliminate the transmission clearance.

Double Unit Linked Press Brake
Characteristics
1. Our press brake adopts double-cylinder or three-cylinder mainframe of the same specification. It is equipped with double unit linked synchronization device.
2. Double unit linked press brake can be used to process super-long work pieces, such as lamp post and power line pole. It is quite suitable for city construction and highway construction.
3. The two linked press brakes can also be used separately, so as to improve production efficiency.
